In order to initiate a return, please visit our returns center at http://mcmfash.returnscenter.com. Please note that all returns must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and approved, we will issue you a store credit or discount code for the value of the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer refunds for canceled orders.

- Items that have been altered, used, or modified will not be accepted for return.
- All online returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Instructions for Returns
- Include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or packing slip inside the returning package.
- All returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item was received or the item is defective.

Please write your original order number on the outside of the package or return label. If the returned item is valued at more than $75, please ship with a tracking number and insurance.

Pick up Policy
All orders will be ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please make sure to bring a valid government-issued ID for pick up.
If your order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be restocked and you will receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you can purchase a shipping label to have it shipped to your address.
