Pick up Policy

All orders will be ready from 1-2 business days from Placed. You will receive a courtesy phone call or text when ready for pick up.

You will then receive a confirmation email. You have 14 days from that date to pick up your order.

If your order is not picked up within 14 days, your order will be restocked and receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee (no exceptions).

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. upon arrival. We will NOT release your order without one present. (no exceptions) 

If you cannot pick up and are still within the 14 days allowed time, you can purchase a shipping label to ship to your address. 



To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to resolve them.  

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address.  If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
